I’ve been using AdCreative.ai mainly for paid ads, and it really helps speed things up.

Instead of starting from scratch, I can quickly generate multiple creatives and test them right away. It’s especially useful when campaigns start to fatigue and you need fresh variations fast. Some outputs feel a bit generic, but a few are surprisingly good and only need minor tweaks before launching.

Overall, it’s a solid tool for saving time and scaling creative testing without relying too much on manual design work.

What needs improvement

There are a few areas that could be improved:

Some creatives feel repetitive if you generate multiple batches
Better control over brand voice and style would help
The scoring system doesn’t always match real performance
Would love to see stronger support for video creatives

Also, improving subscription transparency and billing experience would make it more trustworthy for long-term use.

vs Alternatives

I also looked at tools like Canva and a few AI design generators, but most of them either require more manual work or don’t focus specifically on ad performance.

AdCreative.ai felt more tailored for marketers running paid campaigns, especially with its focus on generating multiple variations for testing rather than just design.

Predatory.
I signed up for what I believed was a free trial of AdCreative.ai. I never used the platform and received no onboarding emails, no trial reminder, and no warning that the trial was ending.

The first communication I ever received from the company was a $339 charge notification for a subscription renewal. (Which wasn't even the first charge - they charged me in January with NO notice.)

I immediately contacted support the same day requesting a refund under their own published policy (which states refunds may be granted if the service was not used and you contact them within 30 days).

Instead of honoring that policy, they repeatedly tried to: 1. push me into another plan 2. offer partial refunds tied to keeping the account 3. convert the charge into a yearly subscription I never asked for

Even after I repeated said I've not used this and don't plan to.

Only after multiple emails did they agree to refund the February charge, while refusing to refund the January charge, despite them sending me ONE email over the past two months.

As someone who teaches AI tools and recommends platforms to creatives, I was initially exploring AdCreative.ai as a potential resource. After this experience, I have removed it from my recommendation list.

In fact, I am actively recommending people NOT work with them because I'm still waiting for the refund I had to fight for 2 weeks ago and they were unapologetic, unhelpful and predatory.

What needs improvement

Be ethical. Fix your email communication system. Follow your own policies. Don't be a predator.

I am always cautious about where I enter my credit card information, but I trusted AdCreative.ai. I tried it for 4 days and realized it wasn't for me, so I canceled my free trial. However, they charged me for a full month after day 7, without my permission. The negative reviews here are accurate. AdCreative.ai withdraws money from your card without consent. Customer service said they would process my refund within 10 to 15 days, but this has NOT happened. Avoid AdCreative.ai at all costs. They get free financing by taking your money without authorization. Update: I just got this message from their customer care team, confirming it is just a SCAM: Dear Fernando, Thank you for contacting us and for your continued patience. We want to personally assure you that your refund request has been received and is fully confirmed. At the moment, we are managing an unusually high volume of inquiries, and as a result, the processing time is longer than usual. While we currently do not have a precise timeline to share, please rest assured that your refund is secured and will be processed. We are working diligently to handle each request with the care and attention it deserves, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate this increased demand. Your trust means a great deal to us, and we are committed to fulfilling your request as soon as possible. We will keep you updated should there be any changes, and in the meantime, our support team remains available if you have any questions or need further assistance. They are absolutely horrible. Haven't used them for a long time and when I do they changed there name from ADYOUNEED to this adcreative name probably because of the backlash of there terrible service and of course no notification about the change so it took awhile to find and confirm the account.. Gotta love it! When I tried logging in, I couldn't even though I have an account but it kept asked me to put in card information even though I had an active account. The system is so glitchy that when it attempts to login everything is there but boots you out because it thinks you don't have an account. When I tried connecting with customer service someone named Aoife handled my issue in the worst way possible. I got a response every 10 mins or so and when I did hear from this person they asked me what is happening over and over again with delayed responses for more than an hour. When I sent the screenshot of the free trial, which literally says nothing since I mentioned it multiples times for an HOUR, she said "oh I see the problem now" I almost lost it. And after an hour, no more than an hour at this point she finally tried sending me to someone. Goes without saying the customer service is EXTREMELY BAD!!!! Did I mention they didn't know they disabled there other website and redirected it to the new site???? An hour and a half later and I get a response telling me I can't login because it's not the right site??? No duhhhhh I said that over an hour ago asking if this was possibly the issue and would you believe there was no response about it. Long story short I'm writing as I'm going through the issue but I'm done it's going on two hours now. Just avoid! The backend developers and customer service don't even know what's going on with their own site. Everything all around is terrible!!

As of June 2023, take the 1-star reviews with a grain of salt. First, let me say that I have only experienced this company through their free trial, so that may differ from folks who are current subs. Still, while testing the platform as an experienced digital marketer (8+ years) with novice paid ad expertise for a startup style SMB, I have mostly positive things to say. The platform is user friendly and, if you provide the right info, it generates something usable on the first try. It speeds up the creative process and allows you to make changes as needed with ease. Given time, it learns how to optimize for your brand, so eventually, as long as your brand is consistent, each output would feel tailored to your organization resulting in less edits from you and/or your team. This is ABSOLUTELY something that I would recommend for an startup because it's cheap, easy, effective, and can grow with you. I'd also recommend this for mid-level marketers/ads employees — people who would most likely understand how to edit any outputs that felt off. However, if your marketing department is disorganized or your brand is undefined, your experience may feel chaotic and useless. In other words, this is a LONG-TERM SOLUTION that will only get better as you utilize it with the right data. For those facing trouble with the refund process, I can't relate. I also requested a refund after the accidental annual charge, and received amazing service on a day and at a time when the office was closed. It did take a while (about 2 weeks), but the communication around this was very clear and timely. In fact, there was never a time when I wondered about my refund because of those emails. The emails explained that depending on my bank and country, times could vary. Given that this is not a U.S. company, that makes sense. My only feedback would be for AdCreative to add a common FAQ section and a button at the top to call out the fact that you can contact them any time. I believe this will make it easier for testers to understand what to expect with their experience. Fingers crossed that this company continues to improve and add upon their features!

Using AdCreative has done wonders for my career. I’m a freelancer who has a severe physical disability and being able to use Artificial Intelligence to design ads for clients is lifesaving. I found it was very simple to get started with AdCreative and I quickly became adept, which helped me improve my profitability. Out of all the marketing tools I've tried in my time, AdCreative is definitely the one that I’ve benefited from the most. Disabilities can often be limiting when it comes to computer use, for instance with typing. This has allowed me to spend less time working. I’d encourage anyone to try the free trial to see if this helps them. You really can’t go wrong!

The major advantage of using AdCreative is that you can customize your brands on both fonts and colors. The AI recommendation works like a charm for us and we have been taking help from it non-stop. It is super easy with very attractive interface to use and delivers the expected output even for people who have less design knowledge. Believe me or not, you will see a marginal increase in your CTRs and Conversions if you follow and work on the suggested creatives. Perfect for Freelancers (like me), Digital Marketing Agencies, and even Small and Medium sized enterprises.

I have been doing creative design for the past 8 years and I can tell you that this app is different. The quality of the AI blew me away, as I never use these features because from my experience they are always just BAD. The technology doesnt work yet and the results are... not good :) In case of adcreative the AI tool is saving me so much time and I use these designs to deliver advertisements for my clients who are promoting 6 and 7 figure businesses. That means these designs work and can run a business, can't tell that about any other app.

Very promising tool! The ability to generate both videos and visuals while staying aligned with our brand guidelines, all within a single platform, is a major advantage. It allows everything to be managed within the same ecosystem, which is a real time-saver. The "stock video" feature was especially helpful: I was able to animate a static image that followed a very specific client brief (including safety shoes and branded helmets). I then created several variations of the animated version and turned them into ads to test different text combinations. I definitely recommend it! It’s not perfect yet, but the tool keeps improving day by day.
