They are absolutely horrible. I hadn't used them for a long time, and when I did, they had changed their name from ADYOUNEED to AdCreative, likely due to backlash over their terrible service. Of course, there was no notification about the change, so it took a while to find and confirm the account. Gotta love it! When I tried logging in, I couldn't, even though I have an account. It kept asking me to enter card information despite having an active account. The system is so glitchy that it attempts to log in but then boots you out, thinking you don't have an account. When I tried connecting with customer service, someone named Aoife handled my issue in the worst way possible. I got a response every 10 minutes or so, and when I did, they asked me repeatedly what was happening, with delayed responses for over an hour. When I sent a screenshot of the free trial, which literally said nothing new since I mentioned it multiple times, she finally said, "Oh, I see the problem now." I almost lost it. After more than an hour, she finally tried sending me to someone else. Needless to say, the customer service is EXTREMELY BAD! Did I mention they didn't know they had disabled their other website and redirected it to the new site? An hour and a half later, I got a response telling me I couldn't log in because it wasn't the right site. No duh! I said that over an hour ago, asking if this was possibly the issue, and would you believe there was no response about it? Long story short, I'm writing as I'm going through the issue, but I'm done. It's been going on for two hours now. Just avoid! The backend developers and customer service don't even know what's going on with their own site. Everything all around is terrible!

ADCREATIVE.AI is also reviewed on ProductHunt – this is an another app from Tufan’s Team. And there is a big chance all those who purchase will lose their money like we did. Tufan: You have stopped the app that we have paid for and we were not able to use it. You have promised 2.0 will be live since 1.06 and it is not. You have now gone to develop a different app and promote and spend time on it. You are untrustworthy and this should be visible for all. I will not change the review as you should have delivered on your promises and you have told PAYING USERS that they can join the Test Team: "This is Tufan, CEO here at ADYOUNEED. Today, we have started to set up ADYOUNEED v2 on our servers! Soon it will be live and we will start testing every little feature, which is why we would like to invite some of you to be BETA users for the next 2 weeks to help us test everything and catch some bugs." This is sent on a day it was supposed to be live, and even though I have sign into it - I have received no message. Crickets! From my perspective it looks like you are playing for time, to get money from other projects. People - you have been warned.

It's a money grab scam. CEO needs to learn how to handle a company and deliver the results. Instead of developing AdYouNeed, he created other products and took AYN down. He said a new V2 will be launched. The launch kept getting delayed again and again. CEO always sends emails making claims or promises and never delivers. His last email on 15/9/22 said that a big update is coming in 3-4 days. It's been 20 days and no update. Nobody takes the CEO seriously in the SaaS community because whatever he says is basically a joke.

I have to say that I am terribly disappointed with Adyouneed and its founder. I bought adyouneed on Appsumo, but the tool has been totally abandoned for 1 year and now unusable. Its creator preferred to create a new platform (AdCreative) rather than focus on and develop Adyouneed. It's a total scam.

AdYouNeed stopped working in February 2022. Support informed first that the system would be up in April. AdYouNeed is still down today. Support does not offer guarantees but informed it wil be down at least till June 2022. (..) Think twice before spending time or money with AdYouNeed.

Adyouneed has had a difficult past, leaving a lot of customers unhappy. Fortunately, they managed to finally put some features that work and are at the time of this review currently in beta. I hope the can keep a lot of happy customers, and I'm looking forward to using this tool to help my local business run ads online.

The company just sent an email offering a v2.0 "preview" if you bring customers in via referral. What a shame! They took down v1.0 just like that (and never fixed certain problems we had with Google Ads).

I've been using ADYOUNEED for a while now, and the Smart Campaign feature is just brilliant. It's like, you push a button and bam – your campaign's set up. The AI does a fantastic job at figuring out who we should be targeting, which honestly, has been a game-changer for us. And the Clickfraud Protection™? That's the real deal. Before, I was always stressing about our ad budget going to waste on fake clicks, but not anymore. It's such a relief knowing that our money's actually being spent on real, legit traffic.

So, I started using ADYOUNEED's Smart Campaign feature, and it's pretty awesome. It's like, you click a button, and it sets up your campaign for you, which is great for someone who's not a tech whiz. The AI's targeting is spot on – we're reaching the right people now, and it shows in our results. And the Clickfraud Protection™ is a lifesaver.
