After Light is a 2.5D game that is built entirely in Codex using Astra, Unity Plugin, Blender MCP and my own AI Game Studio tool (which itself is built using Codex and Astra). What makes it stand out is the fact that we can create a unique and immersive 2.5D experience - where we combine pure 2D sprites with 3D models in Blender - without doing any manual asset creation at all. We also gamify education - to pass the demo you have to know some Linux admin skills.
How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

Originally I was planning on building a pure 2D side-scroller, but with Astra being able to work effortlessly with Blender and Unity I decided to try out a 2.5D approach. So Astra effectively changed the whole aesthetic and the feeling of the game.

Hope you enjoy the little demo. To complete the demo you have to apply some basic Linux admin skills. HINT: think file ownership and read permissions.
