After supporting hundreds of adults with ADHD through our iOS app, we're super excited to finally launch our Android app as well!
WHAT IS AGAVE
Agave Health is the first virtual clinic dedicated to adults with ADHD. At Agave, we understand the complexity of living with ADHD as an adult - whether diagnosed or not, medicated or not -, and we are here to accompany you on this journey. What we believe in the most is that ADHD care must be uniquely tailored to each individual, just like ADHD is experienced differently by every individual. So we take care of the tech enabling this customization, and make sure you get the highest level of behavioral care, the care you truly deserve.
KEY FEATURES
Agave offers three main features today:
(1) ADHD Coaching: you select your personal ADHD Coach, can have weekly 1on1 video calls with them, and chat with them unlimitedly in-between those sessions. This way, your Coach is by your side when you need them the most.
(2) CBT Training: built by a team of clinical psychologists specialized in ADHD, our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy programs allow you to deep dive into various symptoms of ADHD. Their format is simple: understand why you have a given difficulty, how your brain works, and practice some tools to use in your daily life.
(3) Body-doubling and community: you know it, but somehow you don't feel it - you are not alone. And we're here to make sure you not only know others like you, but that you truly support each other throughout this journey. Among our most liked features, you can join daily body-doubling sessions guided by our Coaches, where you can come in and get your power hour of the day with others doing the same.
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
So here's the gist. I'm a neurotypical married to a neurodivergent genius, whose mind fascinates me. After watching the resilience, courage and strength he showcases each day to navigate a world made for me with a mind made for a more complex reality, I decided that it's time to make the world a little more welcoming for his and millions of others' brilliant brains. So that's what I do, day in day out, and luckily Ori joined me on this journey. And now, we're finally bringing the Agave care to Android (funnily, when I met my husband, he was an Android software developer). So that's why we're here! To build for the most brilliant minds of our time.

The response has been overwhelming to be honest. We launched on iOS about 6 months ago, and our members report* a decrease in symptoms severity of 30%+ within only 6 weeks of engaging with our care.
*What does this mean? Our members track their progress through clinically validates surveys including the ASRS, GAD7 and PHQ9. So these improvements are self reported and therefore represent the members' own assessment of how their daily life improves over time.
