Prospecting is harder than ever for founders and sales teams. Agent Maya is an AI co‑pilot that starts LinkedIn conversations and guides them to sales calls. She follows a proven playbook, suggests perfect replies, and keeps leads organized with a simple CRM.
The AI agent performed really well.
- Easy to deploy
- The suggestions DM provides by Maya are very helpful.
- Best tool for people who struggle with LinkedIn outreach and DMs.
Hey everyone.
So prospecting has gotten pretty tricky in 2025, right?
→ We've got tonnes of tools
→ All this automation
→ AI is literally everywhere
But somehow we still find ourselves stuck on what to say, how to get people to reply, and how to actually fill up our calendar with sales calls.
And to make matters worse:
→ Old outreach playbooks are burned out and no longer work
→ Founders and sales teams have zero time to do it manually
→ Crap reply rates mean no sales calls, which means zero growth
We've all been there.
Anyway, it's all about to change.
We've got this new AI agent called Maya that we've been using at Flow.
She's awesome:
• for prospecting on LinkedIn
• for starting conversations
• for nurturing them all the way to a call
And it just takes a couple of clicks.
Here's how it works:
1. Maya sends out those first outreach messages to get conversations going.
2. Once they reply, she jumps into your messages and guides it toward a call.
3. She'll read your profile, understand your offering, check out who you're prospecting, and suggest the perfect replies.
All while following a proven playbook to get you from that first icebreaker to a sales call. And if you want to keep control, you can tweak her suggestions before hitting send.
Plus:
We know how easy it is to lose track of conversations on LinkedIn.
So we've built a super simple top‑notch CRM to keep everything organised:
→ We'll nudge you for follow-ups
→ Highlight the leads you should really focus on
→ Ensure no lead or opportunity slips through the cracks

Naturally leading a conversation to a sales call is never easy and can be a bit jarring when a conversation abruptly jumps into "have a call with me" 😅. Are there ways to have Maya write in the same flow and tone as myself to avoid coming off sounding generic or inauthentic?
Also curious on if Maya is able to aggregate all the reasons why people said "no" as that would also be a great point of data on what is working and what isn't.
@lienchueh thanks man. Appreciate it. And great questions :)
Short answer - yes and yes.
We’re continuing to refine Maya’s outputs so that it lines up with your tone of voice. Maya will also mimic the tone of the prospect to help build trust/rapport.
We’re also working on ways Maya can use data from previous chats to better handle objections, curve balls and those “tricky” messages that require nuance - so that she can double down on what works best for your offer/ICP.
Maya's approach to conversation nurturing seems well-considered. How does the system adapt when prospects respond with unexpected objections or questions? @darren_alderman
Hey @rachitmagon - Tom here. It's a really great question :) She actually handles things well - we've given her a proven playbook to manage these sorts of situations, which you can check out here. This keeps the conversation on track. Maya's great for keeping things natural, and positive. We're still building out features and stress-testing her outputs. But last month, she helped us book us 17 sales calls.
@juliayugo Really appreciate it! That's not on our product roadmap right now - but that might change. I see AI right now as a wonderful facilitator - for better conversations. Not to replace the human part :)
