I’ve been a client of US Global Mail since 2015 (over a decade!), and they’ve been the perfect company to work with while living abroad. They report incoming mail quickly, scan documents on request, ship packages anywhere I need, and even handle check deposits seamlessly. In a time when most subscriptions come and go monthly, this is one I’ve kept year after year — I can’t imagine how complicated my life would be without their incredible team and services. Reliable, professional, and consistently excellent!

I’ve been using US Global Mail since 2020 and I am extremely happy with their service, responsiveness, and the staff with whom I have interacted. I just recently made a final move to Brazil and feel secure knowing I can use them as a permanent U.S., mailing address, receive my mail there, have it scanned, and, if necessary, sent to me in Brazil. As a retired military member, it is important that I maintain a U.S., mailing address and I plan to continue using US Global Mail since they have provided exceptional service to date! I have recommended them to a number of current or pending Expats and all of them have been happy with US Global Mail as well.

I currently use US Global Mail (started in August 2025), and overall, it's a solid product. For an individual on the road, having a service to send me envelope and package scans with options to scan the contents and ship anywhere is super appealing. It has a wide network of mail receivers across the country. I'm not sure what the AI Mailroom features are, as I have not enountered them (except maybe the sender's name, but I would argue that's more ML than AI). If support is ever needed, an AI is there to answer basic questions and run interference (for any human that may be behind the scene likely never getting the feedback they need to improve the product). The add-ons can start to add up quickly (i.e.: more scans than the allotted each month get super pricey). The user flows have a technical engineer feel that are not the most user friendly (i.e.: picking up in person requires a shipping destination address selection). There are no apps available for iOS and Android (though one could put a shortcut on the home screens) as well as no PWA (Progressive Web App). Automations require a business plan (not on the individual plan). There are plenty of other virtual mailbox and mail receiving services, and so far, this is meeting my initial, limited needs.

Absolutely outstanding service. During coved, my parents lost their Texas home while I was stuck in a barracks room in another state. I was forced to legally move... But continue my mail, taxes, bank records, state ID, passport, and more. The catch was that I wasnt supposed to stay in that barracks, or the state it was in... And it diddnt have a mailing address. But due to the lockdown... My hand was forced. Armed with my phones hotspot, a printer, a scanner, and a laptop, I slowly migrated myself towards the powerful USGlobalMail box. After a few months, I had my life migrated to that box, without ever stepping foot outside my barracks. This is why their scan feature shines, as well as their cheque cashing. In addition, I used remote notary services to do things like signing my vehicle title. After jumping through a few more barracks, I finally landed one with a mailbox, and worked out getting my drivers license and passport, cheque books from my bank, the whole nine yards. It has since remained my perminant mailing address. It has protected me from snoops and stalkers, improved the reliability of correspondance with the IRS, kept mission critical location details from being shared with unknown people, and even helped during moves in more ways than one. I would ship myself a package, fly to another place, then ship it to myself in my new location. Paying road tolls was a breeze, as well as paying bills in general. Hands down, USGlobalMail has made one of the biggest impacts on my life, and is now an essential service I have come to rely on. I recommend this as the address of choice for anyone who travels often or full time. Especially when privacy is of utmost importance for service members and victoms of domestic abuse alike. Do yourself and your family a favor, and get a virtual mailbox. Even if you dont settle on USGM, consider services like Escapees for more legal protection and assistance. You will be far safer, and more flexible in adverse environments.

I've been a customer of US Global Mail since 2018, and couldn't be happier. They are quick to respond to questions or issues. I'm able to view my mail and decide whether to keep it or forward it on to Asia, where I currently reside. It's been a complete lifesaver, not having to rely on family to handle my mail while I live abroad. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mail service who needs a physical address in the US.

I was skeptical at first, but this company takes EXCEEDINGLY good care of me! My mail is scanned when I request it, mailed when I request it, I have had no reason to be suspicious of data leaks and nothing is tampered with. I, in the past, made an attempt to cancel, they were very clear and friendly with me, and left the door open in case I changed my mind (which I did, I just didnt report back as required) and they kept my account open and continued to run it smoothly without ANY INTERRUPTIONS; They have earned themselves a customer FOR LIFE (or, as long as I continue to need their services, which will be long into the considerable future)!!

Makes it too easy to consolidate mailings from different businesses.

What needs improvement

Managing the different recipients can be a bit troublesome, especially for name variations.

Never had an issues. Always scans my mail quickly and when I’ve needed the odd piece of mail physically sent to me, it was delivered quickly and without issue. Great service! Would highly recommend

What needs improvement

There might be some automation features that already exist but I’m not aware of them.
