How much historical training does AI.Mee need to feel on-brand or can it learn everything it needs just from a style guide and FAQ?
@ryanjamesss Hi Ryan, you can get up and running with some pretty impressive answers with just a few documents, and an FAQ is normally a great place to start. You can see all messages and replies in the AI.Mee control panel which allows you to monitor responses and tweak or upload new documents if required. Hope this helps.

@jesus_porter Hi Jesus, absolutely! The AI.Mee dashboard includes insights into usage (no. of messages, conversations, response times, avg messages, etc). In addition to this, every conversation is tracked so you can see the most common questions and responses given.
This really feels like a smart connection between traditional support chat and AI it’s not over complicated just genuinely useful.
