Estonia-Based AI/ML API Scammed Our Development Team Part of a development team that got burned by this fraudulent operation. Like my colleague "soul_provider" already documented, this Estonia-based AI/ML API is running a sophisticated scam targeting developers and businesses. They DON'T have an actual inference business - just a fake website displaying LLMs claiming "better deals" Once they get your credit card, they charge you multiple times BEFORE you even use the API Their "system" (if it exists) is 98% down - you cannot make a single 2-minute successful API call APIs consistently returned 400/403 errors across ALL premium models Identical integration code worked perfectly with legitimate providers (OpenRouter, Together AI) We're experienced developers - we know when the problem is on their end Payment system designed to fail, forcing you to enable auto-topup Each failed click triggers backend queries that authorize MULTIPLE payments instead of single payment Once they get your money, good luck getting refunds! Multiple unauthorized charges after signing up for simple pay-as-you-go plan Services never functioned despite charges Months of ignored refund requests No legitimate business information or physical address Suspiciously generic 5-star reviews with zero technical details Customer support only responds to public complaints, ignores private tickets When we posted factual reviews, they immediately tried to bribe us to remove reviews in exchange for refunds they'd been ignoring for months. Classic scammer manipulation. Please listen to us - we're a group of experienced developers who got scammed! Don't make our mistake. There are dozens of legitimate AI API providers that actually deliver working services. We've since successfully integrated with OpenRouter and Together AI - both are professional operations with functional APIs and real customer support. Save your time and money - use ANY provider except this Estonian scam operation.

I'm currently building my own AI application using AI/ML API and this product is magnificent. It allows me to implement various AI features conveniently. Their Support teams are also very passionate and helpful. Responses are very fast and kind. I highly recommend anyone to use this platform. One thing I that I want to suggest is to make Context7 document or MCP server for people who use LLM agents for coding. I think this would be a great feature(MagicUI MCP has attracted many users with this feature).

Tried a bunch of different AI platforms, but AIMLAPI has honestly been one of the smoothest experiences. There are tons of great models to choose from, setup is super easy, and the documentation is very easy to read unlike Openrouter's. I also really like the token-based pricing which is really convenient. Big shoutout to the support team, probably the quickest and most helpful support I’ve ever dealt with

As a solo developer, I appreciate tools that reduce friction — AIMLApi does exactly that. One endpoint gives me access to a wide range of models, so I can prototype faster and ship features sooner. Not at all a good product. I had to cancel because they promise over 200 LLM's but it's nowhere near that. They one minute they provide a list of LLM only for users to say they are getting 404 errors. It turns out that it's because the LLM is not available. The product is dis-organised and false and are better to use other products or go directly to the LLM.

Been using them for a while, now switched to a bit cheaper providers, management without AI/ML is difficult, if you are a startup with need of many different models, I totally recommend using them, even tho half of the models are down, but the important models work all the time, 10 free requests daily to try if your models work.

I came across aimlapi.com by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Everything is clear and to the point — I quickly figured out how to connect the API. The interface is user-friendly, the documentation is easy to understand, and most importantly, everything works reliably. It suited my AI needs perfectly. Highly recommend!
