Building this was a real eye-opener.
We spoke to hundreds of recruiters, and the message was loud and clear: formatting resumes takes forever; cleaning them up, writing summaries, and making them client-ready eats up hours that could be spent actually placing candidates.
So we built an AI tool that does it instantly, automatically formats resumes, generates candidate summaries, and shares them in a branded portal that clients actually want to use.
One thing we learnt while building this: AI is great, but it’s the workflow that matters. We focused on making it dead simple to plug into existing Bullhorn ATS.
