I've been thinking about this a lot lately, especially working on AINA.
Even a few years ago, job hunting meant tailoring your resume manually and preparing for interviews mostly alone (or with a friend, or sometimes a coach if you were ready to invest).
Now AI is everywhere in the process. Candidates use it to rewrite resumes, practice interviews, and figure out why their applications aren't landing. Recruiters use it to screen resumes, write job descriptions, and even run first-round interviews.

@maria_polesh Thank you, Maria!
For this release, we’re focused on gathering feedback on our AI career coach - how helpful and relevant it feels in real career situations, and what we can make even better.

@maria_polesh Thank you for the kind words and the great question, Maria! Really appreciate it!
Job hunting feels like such a black box sometimes anything that adds a bit of transparency is a win in my book. @netali_eu
@priya_kushwaha1 Totally agree! The lack of feedback is one of the hardest parts of job hunting. That’s exactly what we’re trying to make a little more transparent with AINA 😊
AINA
@priya_kushwaha1 @netali_eu Absolutely! Candidates deserve more clarity and guidance throughout the process. That’s a big part of what inspired us to build AINA 😊
AINA
@priya_kushwaha1 So true. It’s much easier to move forward when you understand what you can actually improve instead of just guessing what went wrong. Thanks for sharing this, Priya!
