I have great experience with their hosting tools service.

Pros:

Really helpful hosting tools to automate their messages and pricing. It is very useful and easy to use with great customer support....

Cons:

I think everything is just perfect and up to date.

I was confused too - that Kickstarter is completely unrelated to the product.

AirBnB are probably going to make you change your name if this takes off. :)
