With 100 people using different AI tools, costs and access can get messy fast. AirCtrl helps us keep track of it all in one place—what teams are using, what it costs, and who has access to what.
We can set spending limits by team or token and see usage that runs through the Gateway, which makes it easier to let people experiment without losing track of the budget.
The Vault is handy, too. It keeps credentials organized by project and helps us keep development and production access separate. Having secrets encrypted before they’re uploaded gives us more confidence in how they’re stored and shared.
We still need to pay attention to logging, caching, and each AI provider’s privacy settings, but AirCtrl gives us a clearer way to manage those choices.
Overall, it makes managing AI spending and access a lot less scattered as we use more tools.
