Have used it for one of our products, extremely user friendly product. The ability to scrape through data on the website is a great feature

User friendly interface....extremely easy to roll out

I love Airim's product because it works for websites which cannot afford to chat with their customers live all day long. Pros of Airim: 1. It integrates with any helpdesk knowledge base or internal wikis 2. The suggested articles are always relevant to the page being viewed by the user Cons: 1. Analytics could be better
