A well-developed product that exceeds expectations! Albato is an amazing tool that has truly impressed me with its quality and functionality. The UX and UI are excellent, making the user experience intuitive and enjoyable. If you're looking for a great alternative to Zapier, Albato is definitely worth considering, especially for those who need complex, multi-step solutions. The support team is simply outstanding, and this is no exaggeration! They helped me build the automation I couldn't create on my own, showing patience and expertise. A special thanks to Dariusz for his incredible support. In my personal experience, I’m using Albato to connect Tidycall to ActiveCampaign, making it similar to, if not even more efficient than, the native Calendly app. With Albato, I was able to separate first and last names into two distinct fields, assign different names for the six calendar types in Tidycall, and transfer them to ActiveCampaign, placing all the questions through arrays into the various fields of ActiveCampaign. Believe me, this tool is worth its weight in gold! I genuinely want to give my honest feedback: no one paid me for this, but I just want to express my appreciation for the Albato team who helped me with my work and are saving me money!

Makes automation simple and effective What I like most Albato makes it incredibly easy to connect different tools and set up automations without needing any coding skills. The interface is clean, the learning curve is short, and I can create complex workflows in just a few minutes. I really appreciate the growing list of integrations and how quickly new ones are added. The support team is also responsive and genuinely helpful. What I don’t like Some advanced options in certain integrations are still limited, so I occasionally have to use workarounds. Also, the documentation could benefit from more real-world examples and step-by-step guides for more complex scenarios. How it benefits me It has saved me several hours of repetitive work every week by automating tasks like syncing data between my CRM, email marketing tools, and spreadsheets. This means I can spend more time on strategic work and less on manual processes, which has improved both my productivity and my response time to clients.

I've been using Albato for about a month and am impressed with the interface, as well as the rate at which they've been adding new features. I like that the layout is visually intuitive. I don't have any experience in programming and didn't know the difference between webhooks and API until last week, yet I'm already able to create simple automations that make my business run more efficiently.
