Using Albato's visual workflow builder is pretty straightforward, and when I've had moments where I wasn't sure how to do something, their chat support was very responsive. Right now I have automations running that emails me when certain RSS feeds update, and I also am sending data to Notion based on various triggers. I also have appreciated that their product roadmap continues to evolve and they're very responsive to what their community of users is asking for. Experimenting with using various LLM models through Telegram was also a lot of fun, and opens up a lot of potential for connecting LLMs to custom data sets. Albato has lots of potential and I'm excited to see how the company continues to grow, especially if they keep users at the forefront like they are now.

Albato is awesome! For me it's the perfect combination of simple and capable. Simple with the already integrated apps and capable with the App integrator, allowing you to integrate any app with an API. This is especially useful when you want to make a new automation with your already self integrated app as you don't need to start over integrating it. - And the Albato support team is simply awesome, they will guide you and look through API documentation supporting you when integrating custom apps and creating automations.

Albato is one of those automation tools that as soon as you start using it, your mind starts thinking of new ways you can automate your workflows. I started by building some simple automations but now I have gotten quite good at incorporating data filters, routers, and multi-step flows. It really is a powerful tool and is a much better value than Zapier or IFTTT. Also the Support is fantastic! There were a few times that I got stuck and I just launched the handy Live Chat feature that is there in the Dashboard and within a few hours I had a solution from one of their representatives. Albato lets you setup incoming and outgoing webhooks so even if there is a tool you want to integrate with that is not in their list, chances are you setup your own integration pretty easily. Really happy with my purchase!

Albato is an affordable alternative to Pabbly or Zappier. Though it does not offer as many integrations as its competitors, the price makes it accessible for all levels of users. Also the ability to create custom integrations is a significant advantage. However the custom app integrator is very complex to use and has a learning curve. I am not convinced non technical users will manage. Even for technical users, we really need more videos on how to use it for more complex integrations. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. They have created an academy to learn how to use the tool. One huge drawback is the way they count operations that consumes high volume extremely fast. I hope they reconsider their strategy, as many engaged users have urged them to do so many times. Also they really should invest in a ticketing system to handle user-related issues as a small chat window is really not indicated to keep track of all the issues. Even so I believe as the number of integrations increases this tool is going to be a real gem, and I'll be glad to have purchased it.

I went with Albato becuas it has some unique integrations that its competitors did not have (at least at that time) for some less popular apps I used. I have had Albata for almost a year a now and gradually try it for new automations or connections I need. I am starting another business so I plan on using Alabato almost completely for it since it really has everything I need. The pricing tiers are attractive and competitive. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do think there is alot of opportunity for UI updates that could make the product a little more slick. But that is really just subjective and more about cosmetics, Albato is actually quite easy to use otherwise.

I have been using Albato for a while now, and it has saved a tremendous amount of my time. There were a few tasks that I was doing manually and now, I don't even look at them. My Sales information from WooCommerce is being synced to various other tools automatically and that's possible because of Albato. In the last 6 + months I had to connect with the Support only once, and they were quite responsive to resolve my issue. It's been improving rapidly over tim, and they've also implemented various requests that I had made in the beginning. Congratulations to Team Albato on your launch on Product Hunt.

We discovered Albato on Appsumo and immediately felt that it was a tool with great potential. After thorough testing, we gratefully found that we were right. The creation process of a workflow was very intuitive and easy. First we were unable to create our first connection to a WordPress site, but support was very helpful. Once we got ready all connections, the set-up of automations was really easy. Another great feature of the marketplace is that it offers a wide selection of pre-made automated solutions that you can use as templates, completely free of charge.

I am so excited about the possibilities for Albato as an affordable alternative to other automation plugins. So far I am using it to sync things across my membership and my email and it's all going smoothly. I had a little trouble figuring it out but support was super super responsive and held my hand while I worked my way through the logic problem that is automation! 😂 I realize I haven't even begun to tap into what is possible and am looking forward to discovering new ways to make my work flow easier and more effective.
