Having used Albato for a few months now, I’ve been thoroughly impressed by its capabilities and efficiency. Compared to other solutions in the area, the Albato platform is one of the most intuitive and user-friendly ones that I've used, making it easy even for a novice like me to automate various tasks. One of the standout features for me has been the range of integrations Albato offers. It significantly streamlined my workflow, allowing me to connect different apps and automate repetitive tasks. The custom app integrator is particularly useful, and while it may have a learning curve, it’s definitely worth the effort. My only complaint, an area where Albato could improve, is the way operations are counted. The current method seems to consume a high volume extremely fast, which could be a concern for heavy users. Overall, it’s an affordable alternative to more established platforms like Zapier and it does a good job filling up the gaps that Pabbly Connect doesn't fill. I’m excited to see how this platform evolves and would definitely recommend trying it to anyone looking to automate their business processes.

Albato is awesome! For me it's the perfect combination of simple and capable. Simple with the already integrated apps and capable with the App integrator, allowing you to integrate any app with an API. This is especially useful when you want to make a new automation with your already self integrated app as you don't need to start over integrating it. - And the Albato support team is simply awesome, they will guide you and look through API documentation supporting you when integrating custom apps and creating automations.

Congratulations on the launch. What I like: I love it has many connections with different apps and like that they are adding more apps integrations on a regular basis. I like they have some off the shelf automation template like Review Management with Al, which comes in handy. What I think could be better: 1. it will be more helpful if there are more events (possible options) that I can choose from. 2. Have like Pabbly like UI which looks like a flowchart more and it will be more intuitive. Overall, I still like it and it has great potential once the number of events available for popular integrations expands :)

Albato is one of those tools that will come handy when trying to integrate systems to work with each other. I like the fact that Albato will let you create your own API connections if the systems offer the key, so even if their available connections don't offer the integration natively, you can read into the documentation and make it work for you. The team is responsive, and the community is quite active. If you are in the fence to try some automations, and don't want to go the Zapier or Make way, this tool can get you there. Just be aware, that like any automation tool, there's a learning curve, but support is there to help you start the integrations.

Nice UI, stable app, good team, public roadmap, decent numbers of early adopters - all prerequisites for further growth and success are there. Lower number of integrations compared to top competitors, but it's growing. If they invest more in documentation, tutorials, examples and if they manage to engage their existing community to participate more in all aspects of product development - Albato will catch up with industry leaders quickly. IMO, having valuable content and a vibrant community is more important than sheer number of apps available. Integrations don't worth much if users don't know how to use the tool. Looking forward to seeing where Albato will be in a year or two - so far, everything smells like success.

I am so excited about the possibilities for Albato as an affordable alternative to other automation plugins. So far I am using it to sync things across my membership and my email and it's all going smoothly. I had a little trouble figuring it out but support was super super responsive and held my hand while I worked my way through the logic problem that is automation! 😂 I realize I haven't even begun to tap into what is possible and am looking forward to discovering new ways to make my work flow easier and more effective.

Albato is one of those automation tools that as soon as you start using it, your mind starts thinking of new ways you can automate your workflows. I started by building some simple automations but now I have gotten quite good at incorporating data filters, routers, and multi-step flows. It really is a powerful tool and is a much better value than Zapier or IFTTT. Also the Support is fantastic! There were a few times that I got stuck and I just launched the handy Live Chat feature that is there in the Dashboard and within a few hours I had a solution from one of their representatives. Albato lets you setup incoming and outgoing webhooks so even if there is a tool you want to integrate with that is not in their list, chances are you setup your own integration pretty easily. Really happy with my purchase!

We discovered Albato on Appsumo and immediately felt that it was a tool with great potential. After thorough testing, we gratefully found that we were right. The creation process of a workflow was very intuitive and easy. First we were unable to create our first connection to a WordPress site, but support was very helpful. Once we got ready all connections, the set-up of automations was really easy. Another great feature of the marketplace is that it offers a wide selection of pre-made automated solutions that you can use as templates, completely free of charge.
