@lvyanghuang Great question! And one we think about constantly. We never want alphaAI to feel like a black box. That’s why we built the Market Risk Monitor and portfolio dashboards to show clients what’s driving shifts in exposure.
The AI makes the adjustments in real time, but we surface the risk signals and strategy context in a way that’s easy to understand. Going forward, we’re implementing even more transparency features, such as commentary and reasoning, so investors can see not just the what, but also the why behind changes. Building trust is as important as building performance.

We’re working on something similar in spirit at Escape Velocity AI (different space, business planning/financial modeling), and the big overlap is helping people make decisions they can trust without drowning in complexity.
Are most of your early users leaning in for the leveraged upside, or more for the risk-management/hedging side?

On your question: interestingly, it’s been a mix. Many of our early clients came in for the high-upside strategies (leveraged and crypto ETFs), but what’s kept them around has been the risk management, especially the automatic scaling back and hedging during volatile periods. That combination has been the sweet spot.
Cool idea! Would love to see a simpler version for us investment newbies. The full AI management looks impressive but maybe too complex for someone just starting out?

Many first-time investors actually prefer the hands-off nature because it keeps things clear and stress-free.
That said, right now we’re focused on a niche of more experienced, risk-tolerant investors who asked for higher-upside strategies. As we grow, we definitely plan to broaden and make alphaAI even more beginner-friendly.

The part that stands out is how the AI flips between offense and defense based on market shifts, it feels like having a disciplined manager in your pocket. What I’m wondering is, do users get visibility into the reasoning behind those moves, or is it more of a hands-off ‘trust the process’ experience?
