@joannejrr It's regular, just not on a schedule. And if you're not comfortable paying the price of a subscription to netflix to save $500-$1000 on a flight... that's okay! This is targeted at a specific type of person.

@zacharycohn@joannejrr $8 is quite a bit for a product you might never use. Sure it's great if you can save $1000 on a flight, but just because I spend $8 doesn't mean I'm going to book a flight. IMO, $8 is too much.

I'm all for paid services, but it would seem you would grow a bigger database of prospects and users if you provided something like this. I call it a risk reversal.
Offer a 30 days or free sign up. Tell someone that if they haven't booked a flight in 30 days or they haven't found value in your service that you will refund their $8.
Then have another option on the Landing Page to ask "Ask you planning on traveling in the next 30 days?" That type of data is very valuable to airlines.
Great concept on saving people time and money. I think your marketing efforts need to be tweaked to make this really take off bro.

@senthos Sam we have talked about offering some domestic flights but currently we just focus on the international ones since they are larger dollar amounts.

Extremely enticing, but the fact that I have to enter my CC info before I can even try it leaves me weary. At least let me try it before I give any payment info.
I'd imagine you're losing a lot of people like this, but perhaps you're not going for quantity of subscribers.

@axertion We are definitely not going for quantity.. we want more subscribers but we also don't want to get people that are just going to cancel right away...the samples of deals are on the hero image, those are actual deals so that is our attempt to share before you use your CC.
Henry - Quick answer to all: it depends on the deal!
Most tend to be round trips, but some are one-way. Most deals tend to have pretty good availability (for example, in December I booked NYC-Johannesburg for $270 in September. Very far out!) but sometimes you only have a month or two (or sometimes only a week or two!).

Was about to sign up, but their payment page isn't using HTTPS. I'm not a cryptographic expert, but I stopped because it just seemed like a very bad idea.
