Your sleep, recovery, strain, steps and workouts show up in your own calendar through a calendar link, with details for every night and a sleep forecast. And you can share a calm page with the people close to you: your partner, your parents, family in another time zone. They see whether you're asleep or awake and when you usually get up, in their own time. They can add it to their calendar or follow in Telegram. They don't need a WHOOP, an app or an account. Each person gets their own link, and you choose how much it shows: just asleep or awake, or sleep and recovery too, or everything. You can pause sharing or turn a link off at any time. "Probably asleep" is an estimate from your recent nights and can be wrong or late, so it's not for medical use or emergencies. It's an independent app, not affiliated with WHOOP.
