Hey I'm curious - Lots of sales tools are all about automation, but keeping it personal is what really makes a difference. How does Andsend help users scale their outreach you'd say without losing that authentic touch?
Andsend
@sara_gslar Love that question! To scale the process there are different Agents for different parts of the process.
One Agent helps you identify opportunities that are already in your network through different signals
The second Agent help crafting message suggestion for each contact. The message suggestions are based on your purpose of the conversation, information about the contact and context from the conversation.
Lastly we make sure you always stay on top of your conversations by giving you smart reminders when it's time to follow up.
All you have to do is to review and send ;) This way you can handle all of your business relationships while staying in control and make sure you stay authentic.
@alexandra_skagerholm That makes sense. Does the second agent also take different types of customers into account? For example, balancing closer relationships with some while keeping things more professional and formal with others. And also, curious to hear—have you noticed any patterns in what triggers the best engagement?
Andsend
@sara_gslar Exactly, we have taken into account that people like yourself have different kinds of relationships and contacts that you might communicate with in different ways. That's why we have something we call playbooks, where you categorize your contacts into different playbooks for different purposes. That way the messaging agent knows how to communicate and you can easily get an overview of your contacts in different playbooks.
What different categories of contacts/conversations do you have in your role?
@alexandra_skagerholm Cool, I definitely need to try it more and see the difference it makes—it sounds like a great way to save even more time going forward.
In my role, I have so many different types of conversations, ranging from onboarding and getting started to general support and negotiations. Lots of highs and lows! Some customers need more hands-on guidance and encouragement from me as a CSM, while others are more independent and handle things on their own. So it’s a constant juggling act—challenging at times, but also really rewarding.
How do you see playbooks evolving over time? Would you say they are primarily useful in the beginning as AI eventually adapt messaging based on how a relationship develops, reducing the need for predefined playbooks?
Tried several CRMs but they all feel too sales-focused. How does Andsend approach relationship nurturing differently?
Andsend
@oscar_jonsson1 Interesting, and yes absolutely! I think CRMs are build to the sales managers to maximize and measure performance in their team. Top-down approach, a lot of time spend managing, logging and manually searching a huge database.
We approach it a bit differently by building for the individual. You could say we're turning it inside out, by making everything centered around your conversations – the only place you build value with prospects and clients in the end. By doing so, tables, deal pipes and complex crm setups become next to obsolete. The manager can still use it to monitor and get the overview, but the individuals actually doing sale move their workflow to an intelligent lightweight messenger, which not just saves a ton of time but also enables more efficient conversations.
With Andsend the process is different, more human, and relation-focused. The results are still revenue, just better.
I love the potential this platform has! If it continues to grow and refine its approach, it could become a game-changer for businesses looking to build stronger relationships without the usual hassle. Definitely a company to keep an eye on!

@denisss Thank you Denis! We don't really see ourselves as a CRM, so we decided to call it a Customer Relationship Agent! What do you think of that description?
