I set up a wildcard email and a filter on my inbox so that any email received to an address beginning with "trap-" ends up in a special folder. This lets me add metadata to the address like trap-28082017-producthunt@mymail..., so then I know who sold my info to whom and when if the email appears in someone else's list in the future.
At first I was frustrated you had to sign up first, I thought this was something like mailinator. I use mailinator for my user testing startup. The testers use it when they have to sign up for an account to test a website, software, or whatever.
I've started to use rules in my email to manage spam, but this is a better idea.

@arunsathiya I guess you meant "user name" as the service doesn't let you enter your last name at all.
The max 10 characters limit is for your username which is used as your sub-domain.
We believe usernames should be as short as possible for best experience.
