My initial impression of the product was impressive but, unfortunately, there was a tech glitch that prevented me from using it. I've emailed the founder several times since I purchased on May 25th with no resolve. In fact, the majority of my emails are read but ignored. So, unfortunately, it pains me to write a negative review - but without product support (or use of the product), I have no choice.
