Apple products are high-quality and reliable. I myself use Apple computers, watch, phone and media player. I can praise them all. The devices are aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and work together. It's called an ecosystem. That means Apple's devices and services integrate very well and work together seamlessly.
The only downside, which many people have already mentioned, is the price of their products. Apple demand the price for quality and because of that they are premium products and not available to everyone.
