I am using Applozic on one of my website, www.eventbaazi.com. I didn't look into much details when I first came across it because it advocates the minimalism which is the soul of its design. It was easy to integrate, specs were clear and demo was impressive so we installed it without thinking twice. Its integration helped our services to take a giant leap as it made the user interaction convenient and manyfolds, before that we were relying on emails :)))
Before Applozic I had tried fully loaded Cometchat integration on one of the Joomla website but it looked like something from early 90s yahoo chat with way too many features which distracts the user, and yes it disturbed the harmony of site's design.
And really, they are always updating it with much needed features inline with the popular chat services, so that saves us a hell lot of money and time because a chat feature is a product in itself and I don't know how we would be focusing on our core business while trying to develop our own chat server and application over it.

thanks @dhirwan as you rightly mentioned that it saves a lot of time and money, and that's one of the core reasons why we started Applozic, app development should be fast so that companies can focus on their core platform rather than reinventing the wheel, most of the apps require 3 things: Location, Payment and Chat, whereas Location and Payment integration have been simplified by Google Maps and Stripe respectively, we saw a gap in Chat and hence decided to simplify Chat for everyone.
This is not something I gladly do, but it needs to be known. No matter what your product is, spamming open communities on slack, asking for upvotes and spamming your link multiple times a day isn't a nice thing to do, it isn't even a decent thing to do and shouldn't be a part of your marketing toolkit. So whoever is in your marketing team, please tell them to stop, since this only makes people aggravated and less likely to use your product, interrupts conversation flows, fills up the screen with your promotion and annoys the members. It's equal to all the unwanted spam I get in my email except that it's not filtered out and you're not just doing it to me, you're doing it to thousands of other people. Good luck with your launch and I seriously hope you change your marketing tactics.
We (https://www.yogatrail.com) just came across Applozic about 3 months ago after doing an extensive research and comparison of various solutions out there. Applozic for us offered the best set of features and seemed to have the best value in terms of pricing as well. We started implementing their product about 2 months ago and just launched the integration yesterday. Through the process the applozic team was super responsive answering questions and providing support. They even implemented a few minor features we requested. Yogatrail is looking forward to keep working with the Applozic team - next steps for us is integrating their product in our mobile app. Yay!
