I’m Pankit, founder of artha.link.
Creators spend years building trust with their audience. And when someone asks them, “Do you know of any jobs?” they often help. They share an opening, forward a link, or point someone in the right direction, without earning anything.
That made us wonder: what if creators could become a real distribution channel for hiring?
That’s what we’re building with artha.link.
Creators get access to relevant jobs they can share wherever their audience already follows them, whether that’s LinkedIn, newsletters, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, or elsewhere. When that distribution leads to a click, application, or hire, the creator earns.
