Love the "work around the work" angle, that's literally half my week as a Consultant.
Quick question: how much do you usually tweak the AI-generated proposals before sending? I'm always torn between speed and keeping things personalized enough to actually win the work.
@anass_laktiri thank you, it will actually depend on each proposal, and on the goal, been using artifact as a way to outreach clients i want to work with, so I used it to send clean proposals those i don't tweak much, but if am building one after having a call with the client or soo, i take my time in editing things, mostly its clean and ready to go if you have enough context (from your notes, call, or form submission)

i’ve been using artifact and i’m actually about to switch over fully cuz it just makes sense
what hits me most is how thought out it feels. it’s not just ai writing stuff. it gets the whole deal flow. design is clean and simple and nothing feels extra

Very interesting solution. Is it possible to put a deadline on a document ? Meaning that if the client doesn't sign before a specific date the document becomes unavailable ?
@khalid_berhail that sounds like a very interesting idea, could be also interesting to sync it with you overall availability in a specific period, so the client gets motivated to close faster

The framing is sharp: "automating the work around the work" is painfully accurate. Most freelancers don't lose deals on talent, they lose time and momentum in that messy in-between from call > proposal > signature > deposit.
Also, the design + animations are seriously slick. Clean, confident, no fluff. It feels like a product built by someone who actually lived the problem, not just prompt-engineered a landing page.
I especially like the idea that the proposal isn't the product, the deal is. That shift in thinking changes the whole workflow.
Excited to see this become the default back office for solo operators.
