Hello friends! It's been a while since a product of mine has been featured here. Thanks, @dan_mindru for hunting it! I built Ascent a few months ago as my first iOS app. I had made attempts in the past but never found the time to learn SwiftUI (or UIKit at the time). Dan is actually the one who pushed me to get coding instead of spending hours following some course or reading books. This has been made possible thanks to AI's advancement, especially ChatGPT, which guided me as I built the app without prior knowledge of Swift. While my coding experience was necessary, it was amazing to be taught by ChatGPT as I was building. Ascent is the app version of a simple spreadsheet I used last Lent to track my journey. It is a simple but elegant way to monitor your streak and continue observing certain ascetic practices for a week or several. It's free to use (but donations are appreciated!)
