Ash draws strong praise for its compassionate tone, late‑night availability, and the trust it builds, with many users saying it helped them open up when human support felt out of reach. Reviews highlight a calming, well-crafted UI and intuitive flow that makes guidance feel immediate and supportive. Critiques note slow or uninterruptible responses and occasional overly long replies, which can frustrate more technical users. Overall, sentiment leans highly positive: users credit Ash with meaningful emotional support, thoughtful design, and a useful bridge to healthier habits.
Hi,
Congratulations with the launch.
Here is the feed back after 5 min test:
- excellent UI, I love soft and warm style
- responses are not fast, may be intentionally. But I struggle to understand if it hears me or not when I speak or it thinks
- I'm not able to interrupt AI
- responses got longer over few minutes talk. That's a very bad sign about the model. In addition to not being to interrupt it gets annoying pretty quickly.
I wish you to polish UX and let me know if you're open to partner with companion-specific hardware (check Wehead)

We're all drowning in information these days, and constantly switching contexts means things inevitably slip through the cracks. Ash seems like exactly what we need in this 'Do more with less' era. Congrats on the launch!
AI for therapy sounds convenient, having someone to talk to 24/7 really hits the spot. But it just feels like it’s missing that human warmth. No matter how good the AI is, it can’t quite match the genuine feel of a real person.
Tried Ash last night when I couldn’t sleep, ended up in a surprisingly deep convo that actually helped me calm down. Love how it remembers what we’ve talked about and isn’t afraid to challenge my thinking a bit.
First off, congrats on your launch!
As AI emerged, it is exciting to see how this space is evolving. When the tool can feel truly personalized, especially with its ability to remember personal history, I think there will be a great demand for this product. Therapies are often expensive and out of reach for many, so I’m eager to see how this could help make mental health support more accessible!
Really impressed by how Ash takes a therapy-first approach instead of relying on general internet data. Building AI on actual therapeutic models feels like a meaningful leap forward. Curious to see how it performs in real-life emotional scenarios!
