Ashby is truly excellent. It takes a while to set up nicely but don’t let that discourage you. It’s one of the best upfront time investments you can make, even if you are a small <5 person team IMO. We’ve probably saved 100s of hours by having a more streamlined way to reach out to candidates on LinkedIn, schedule interviews, see consolidated feedback, etc. The product is also improving very quickly and support is excellent.
