@jennaclarke875 there's lots of great tools similar to ours that are excellent for freelancers (e.g. honeybook and dubsado are excellent!). i think we specifically shine with larger teams though, with features like:
- custom roles for your team
- client access permissions -> you can specify which clients an internal user has access to and then their view filters down to that. great for CSMs, support, etc.)

- app visibility -> configure what apps each client has access (by selecting clients individually or by using custom field rules)

Since joining Assembly, I’ve been working on rebranding Copilot to Assembly, and while it’s been a ton of work, I couldn’t be prouder of what the team has built. From the design to the product to the new AI capabilities we’re releasing, it’s been incredible to see it all come together.

I’ve been part of a few rebrands at other companies, but this one is by far the one I’m most proud of. When I started back in May, the plan was to launch at the end of September, and I’ll be honest, I thought, “I’ve seen how this movie ends… we’ll probably push this date back at least a few times before we actually launch.” Turns out, I underestimated this team, and here we are, right on schedule.

I’m so excited for where Assembly is headed next, and honored to be part of the team driving us forward.
