@kinzarra Hello Philipp, Thanks for the question 🙂For employees there is a menu to make their hours billable and unbillable. Unbillable hours don't come to a report to a client. Clients have their accounts and see all data. Employees receive tasks and estimations. If an employee overcomes an estimation, an admin receives a notification immediately about the situation. Thus deadlines are managed locally. Stakeholders or subcontractors can be added as clients and see all data about hours spent. In general, AStime is a custom tool where all flows, clients, and stakeholders can be set up into one big flow and see the necessary information. Project progress tracking may be performed using a dashboard. And many other features of the matter will be coming definitely. Philipp, what else info could I provide you with?

The struggles with time-tracking are real, and it sounds like you're offering a practical solution. The easy JIRA sync and the ability to switch between roles caught my attention. I'll be sure to give those articles a read and consider the lifetime subscription.

Congrats on the launch team, the product looks amazing. One of the most interesting applications of all I've seen! As for a client, I see such interesting features as controlling all the spent time of every employee, having the ability to view and upload the report for the selected period, and calculating costs for employees using their rate and spent hours for tasks!

I have been using this for months now. It is really helpful, I’ve never seen such functionality on a market. I like the very much Admin functionality where I can bind the time from any internal project to Jira. Guys have done a synchronization with Jira, and I need only to click 2 buttons and that is it, My JIRA account is connected to my ASTime account. I recommend all to try this wonderful app.

I'm a product manager and we tested AStime to extract a necessary project from Jira into his interface including all tasks, assignee, and their descriptions. When inside an extracted Jira project appears a new task, the tracker knows it and uploads the new tasks to the necessary project. It helps to monitor the terms and execution of each uploaded project. A very, very interesting solution!
