For context window — each update is processed
independently via Cloud Functions. Gemini receives
one structured prompt per update (completed work,
next steps, blockers) so context stays clean
regardless of how many updates a team submits daily.
For voice updates — we use Google Cloud
Speech-to-Text (WEBM_OPUS, 48kHz) to transcribe,
then pass the transcript to Gemini for a 2-3
sentence summary. No hard cap on recording length
currently — the structured form fields naturally
keep updates focused.
For weekly syncs — the dashboard loads the last
20 AI-summarized updates from Firestore ordered
by timestamp. Auto-scheduled weekly digests are
on the roadmap! 🚀
