Drowning in Slack, email, and meetings? Attrove monitors your workspace and surfaces what actually needs your attention—before it becomes urgent. Get daily briefs, track rising topics, and never drop the ball. Your workspace, on autopilot.

Attrove AI
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
After 14 years at Apple, I thought I had chaos handled—until a Sunday call: “Get on a plane. The iPhone build is blocked.”
The escalation was in my inbox… buried. Millions on the line because the context was scattered across email, Slack, and meetings.
That’s why we built Attrove—an AI that proactively surfaces what you need to know, now.
Who it’s for:
Founders, managers, PM/EMs, and ops leads who live in Slack, Gmail, and meetings—and never want to “miss the memo” again.
What you get (out of the box):
Auto action items: decisions, asks, and deadlines pulled up without digging.
Pre-meeting briefs: the right emails, chats, and past notes—auto-compiled.
Rising topics: see what’s heating up (e.g., “Release 1.4”) before it’s a fire.
Team picture: who’s working on what—fewer status pings and stand-ups.
Why it’s different:
Not a knowledge base, not a generic summarizer. Attrove reads across your tools and pushes the salient bits before you ask.
Setup & privacy:
3-minute connect (Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar/Meet). No IT required. Private-by-design, enterprise-minded (SOC 2 track), with granular controls.

We’re a tiny team obsessed with making overloaded operators feel unburied.
Ask: What would make this indispensable for your workflow? Try it, break it, tell us what’s missing—we’ll be here all day. 🚀
@monzures Tim, love the focus on cutting through info chaos! How does Attrove handle privacy when scanning across tools like Gmail and Slack?
Attrove AI
@masump Short version: your data is yours. We use least-privilege OAuth scopes, encrypt in transit & at rest, and never train foundation models on your data.
Scoping & control: You choose which accounts, Slack workspaces/channels/DMs to include. Revoke anytime and we stop ingest + purge.
Processing: Content is processed only to compute salience, briefs, and search; outputs are source-linked. No data is shared between customers.
Storage & security: Hosted on Azure & Supabase with network isolation, row-level security, secure token authentication, and audit logs.
Compliance: Already CASA Type 2 certified, SOC 2 Type I in flight.
Deletion: Hard delete at any time (you can do this yourself in the Profile) or integration revocation whenever you want.

@monzures Congrats on the launch - upvoted!
Could this be used for keeping up with group chat messages as well? I'm having such a hard time keeping up to date with Whatsapp, Discord, Slack, Telegram, you name them...
Attrove AI
@cksaywise Today: Slack is fully supported.
Next: we’re considering WhatsApp/Discord based on demand—happy to add you to the early tester list.

Really promising - this could kill my morning hassle!
I usually spend half an hour jumping between Slack, Gmail, and notes just to figure out what’s pending - can Attrove surface that context automatically?
Curious if you already support automated actionables (like following up on missed tasks or reminders) or if that’s part of the roadmap?
Attrove AI
@dkargatzis Yep, that’s the point! Attrove auto-builds an Opens list across Slack, Gmail, and meetings: unanswered questions, asks pointed at you, decisions pending, and time-sensitive threads; plus pre-meeting briefs so you walk into meetings with context.
Today: highlights pending items, gives you an overview, and jumps you straight to the source.
Next up on the roadmap: one-click follow-up drafts, smart reminders, and hooks to task systems/agents via API so detected actionables become tracked tasks automatically.
HelloCV AI
Hey Product Hunt fam 🙌🏽 I’m super excited to share Attrove AI with all of you! Tim and I met at an event in San Francisco, and when he told me what he was building, I was instantly hooked.
At this exact moment while writing this, I’ve got 243 unread emails, 84 Slack messages, and a calendar that legit looks like a game of Tetris gone horribly, horribly wrong. Keeping up with comms is just hard, and with all the channels that exist, almost impossible -- but I can’t afford to fall behind because I’m terrified I’m going to miss something important.
That’s why Attrove AI hit me so hard: it’s like noise-canceling headphones for your work. It connects to Slack, Gmail, Calendar, and AI Notetakers, then quietly summarizes what matters, what changed, and what’s next before you even ask.
What I love most:
✅ This is embarrassing to admit, but I’ve ended plenty of meetings asking, “wait, what am I supposed to do again?” 😬 Attrove fixes that by connecting to your notes and recaps, then serving up the actual actions that came out of the convo
✅ It doesn’t just summarize, it gives you context: who decided what, what changed, and what’s next, all in one place
✅ Feels built for founders, PMs, and team leads living in the chaos of perpetual context-switch mode
Tim and the team are building intelligence that keeps you in the loop without keeping you online 24/7 and I am so down for this.
Also, I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day (since there isn’t a PH integration yet for Attrove!), so come say hi or share your unread-message count so I feel better about mine 😅
Hey Tim, noticed the initial calendar sync takes a couple of minutes on first setup. Curious if that’s just a one-time indexing process, or something you’re optimizing for faster first-time syncs?
Attrove AI
@vouchy Hey Van!
Appreciate you trying out Attrove! During setup, we run an initial sync to index your past and upcoming calendar events and connect them with your other data sources. Depending on the quantity of calendar events, it can take a few minutes but in most cases it takes between 20 and 30 seconds. Once the initial sync is complete, Attrove will perform quick periodic syncs to keep everything up to date automatically.
Attrove AI
@vouchy Great eye—what you’re seeing is a one-time initial sync. After that it’s incremental, near-real-time via webhooks—no more waits (it happens in the background for you).
We’re continuing to shave first-sync time with batching + parallel workers (while respecting Google rate limits). We'll check out the onboarding calendar sync again and make sure it's snappy.
Attrove AI
@katie_cole2 We treat salience as goal scoring, not generic relevance. In onboarding you set goals a role; our internal NLP tags intents/topics and scores each item against those goals. Subscribed people or tags (execs, key accounts, features, etc.) get an explicit boost, and we factor who/where/when (org-graph importance, directness like DM/mention vs. buried reply, deadline/meeting proximity, and thread velocity). We're continuing to tune this but it's core to our push capabilities.
Attrove AI
@fanny_brice Copilot/Gemini are excellent in-app assistants (ask → answer, generate inside one suite). Attrove sits above your tools and is proactive: it unifies Slack, Gmail, Calendar/Meet, and Teams, scores everything against your goals, and pushes what matters before you ask (pre-meeting briefs, opens, rising topics). It’s vendor-agnostic (works across suites) and private-by-design.
Net: they’re great when you know what to ask; Attrove shines when you don’t—by surfacing the signal first.
Attrove AI
@jane_mckenzie_white Today, Ask Attrove searches everything from the moment you connect an integration forward. There isn’t a global time-limit setting yet, but you can:
Scope by integration (e.g., just Gmail or just Slack)
Specify time in the prompt (e.g., “What happened in June?”)
Have a specific use case you want us to validate? Happy to check it out and tune the behavior.
