AuditFlo started from a problem I kept seeing throughout my career leading engineering, security, and compliance initiatives.
Organizations spend months implementing controls, improving processes, and investing in security, only to find themselves scrambling when an audit arrives. The issue usually isn't that the work wasn't done. It's that the evidence proving the work was done is scattered across tickets, approvals, screenshots, shared drives, cloud platforms, and email threads.
Over the years I've led SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, security, and audit readiness efforts across multiple organizations. The same challenge appeared repeatedly: compliance was being treated as a point-in-time event instead of an ongoing operational process.
AuditFlo was built to help solve that problem.
Our goal is simple: help teams organize compliance evidence continuously so they're audit ready throughout the year, not just when an auditor sends a request list.
We're currently in beta and actively looking for feedback from compliance professionals, security teams, auditors, engineering leaders, and founders navigating their first compliance program.
I'd love to hear:
• How does your team manage compliance evidence today?
• What's the most painful part of audit preparation?
• What integrations or workflows would make AuditFlo more valuable for your organization?
Thanks for checking us out and supporting the launch. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Can you assign controls to specific people and nag them when something is about to go stale?

@naimz Not at this point in time, but what would be a great feature to add. Right now the alert goes to everyone.

@naimz thinks to your question, we just added this functionality! Control owners can be added and they receive emails about drifts once in a 24 hour period as well as a notification in the internal Notification Center.
