I would personally pay for this product from a business perspective if I could also white label or brand it with my business logo and name in order to send to clients when they need to upload documents to me. Unfortunately a screen with a balloon on it is not going to give the professional look that that is satisfactory (for that purpose). Otherwise if that option becomes available I would certainly jump all over it because the simplicity of the app - in that that's all it does - is perfect.
Every other app that offers such, has a ton of other features such as document tracking and a bunch of superfluous stuff that for us is not needed.
We simply need a branded portal for clients to easily understand how to upload information.
Great idea
Great app.
Just needs to be taken a step farther.
- Clear Direction on the screen as to what to do and
The option to customize or brand it (even for personal use "Susie's Pictures - even by doing so on a personal level the recipient will have a lot more comfort knowing they are at the right place)

You should allow me to restrict file type (only PDF, Doc) for instance to prevent email exchange back and forth (sorry, I can't read your pages file. Can you send it again)
Another big problem is inconsistent file names. It would be great if user could build small forms around this

For a ballon called Assignment3
Rename the incoming files then
Section-lastname-Asssignment3.pdf
Often times renaming and organizing files lands up being a huge part of making sure everyone has submitted
