Most workout apps are bloated with features you'll never use. Lean is different — it tracks what actually matters: progressive overload. Using the POF (Progressive Overload Factor) method, it measures your real progress through weight, reps, and intensity across every session. • 280+ exercises with video demos • Custom routines (PPL, Upper/Lower, etc) • Rest timer with audio/vibration cues • Progress charts and frequency calendar • 100% offline — works anywhere, even at the gym basement

Hey everyone! I built BasicFit because I was frustrated with workout apps that try to do everything.
I wanted something dead simple: open the app, start my workout, log sets, and see if
I'm actually progressing — not just "feeling" it.
That's why I created POF (Progressive Overload Factor). It's a single number that tells you if your workout was better or worse than last time, based on real data (weight x reps x intensity). No guessing.
The app is 100% offline because gyms have terrible cell signal, and I didn't want my training to depend on a connection.
Would love your feedback — what features would make this even more useful for your training?
