This resource is needed now more than ever! People have been expected to work in new ways, with more responsibility than they had before and more difficulty in communicating. Not to mention those who believe now is the right time to realize their dream of a small business. Congratulations on putting this together, and as a librarian, I can only than you for making it open source!

Love this product! For me as HR, this is helpful to make a fast investigation and compare different policies and attitudes companies have. It helps to find a solution could work for us also! Thanks for that!

As a director in a 9000 people company I find this resource especially helpful because it saves my time and is relevant. Remote work policies and back to office guidance from well known employers at least serve as a good starting point if not a ready solution. Happy you've chosen the open source model. i think this will bring a lot of value to different employers.

If Better Wiki can save time for a 9000 people company, it surely can do it for smaller companies, so people can focus on their core work 🙌

Hey, product hunters! 🤘 You rock! When we were starting Better Wiki we tried and tested lots of tools, including site engines, GitHub and Mediawiki, but ultimately settled on Notion 2.0 for the initial launch. Pros: - It looks great, - It’s easy to add and manage new resources, - It’s very mobile-friendly, - Really easy to experiment and test Cons: - URLs are notion.so/…, not betterwiki.me/… - We can’t track our internal traffic between pages yet. - Some advanced features like user ratings might be problematic to implement We’ve tried some apps for Notion like Super.so and Fruition, but they solved these issues only in part. 🙌 If you know a solution for these issues, we’d appreciate and test it! ___ We don’t know for sure, but Better Wiki might be one of the content-heaviest Notion sites out there 🤓 Shoutout to @pablostanley for creating awesome illustrations Open Doodles that help us convey our values of empowerment, sharing and caring.
