Hey, Bilanc customer here (from Aerones.com). Long story short — when Samuel first demoed the product to me, I was pretty skeptical. Metrics like lines of code (LoC) on their own can be misleading or only tell part of the story. But combining all that data with LLMs turned out to be surprisingly powerful. We ran a demo and got our first analysis back in under 24 hours (data ingestion period), and it closely aligned with my own subjective analysis of the dev team. Top and bottom performers were clearly identified. Impressive start & good luck.

Great point re AI pair programming causing noise. Right now, we help you track:
the ai adoption rates
the relative output (productivity score) when you're using AI vs when you're not
the thing that we're working on next is "{what part of}/{how much} of this code is ai-generated", but this requires a lot of data collection 😅. once we've cracked this model, we'll be able to really increase signal to noise ratio!
