This sounds like it provides a good number of tools and makes it fun for the viewers to discover the various features when they first visit the website! Catching the attention of prospective clients in the matter of a few seconds is easier with this.

Intriguing product -- will definitely check out the demo. We use Jivochat but this looks like a whole different class of product. (And made in Florida!) (Suggestion: Hire a freelance proofreader / copy editor to review your site. Lots of typos, grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, and even missing words -- all of which affect user trust. Looks like it was written by a non-native speaker, which is fine, but it could easily be cleaned up. A small investment that will yield a noticeable outcome.)
