BitBroom is a free, open-source Windows 10/11 cleaner engineered so it can't delete what you care about. Finds the hidden gigabytes nothing else does — WSL/Docker disks, old drivers, duplicate files — with Recycle Bin safety and a full audit log. No ads. No telemetry. No Pro tier.

I got extremely frustated by Windows keep filling my Local disk, so just build the software myself accordingly from scratch to properly and easily see what is taking up my storage even though after clearing temp, prefetch etc folders.

Love that it's open-source and has actual safety rails. One thing that would be useful is a way to preview the contents of WSL distros or Docker volumes before deleting them, maybe a file tree or at least size breakdown per container, so you don't accidentally nuke something you forgot about.
Love that you handle WSL and Docker cleanup safely, that alone sets it apart. One idea: add a way to save custom cleanup profiles so I can run my usual set of scans on schedule without picking each category manually every time.

@bayrambalk7jpj That's a good idea, in next update I add it.

love the no telemetry angle and the audit log is basically what i'd want. one thing that would honestly seal it for me is a portable version, like a single exe i can run from a usb without installing anything, so i can use it on a friend's pc without leaving a trace

Love seeing a cleaner that's actually transparent about what it's deleting. One thing that would make me trust it even more is a dry-run mode that shows exactly how much space each category will reclaim before I hit confirm, so I can selectively skip things like older driver backups I might still need.
