Hey — maker here. I kept hearing the same thing from friends running their own shop or freelancing: replying to comments and DMs eats more of the day than the actual work. Pasting into ChatGPT fixed the grammar but not the voice — every reply came back sounding like customer support copy, not like them. The failure mode I hit with every existing AI reply tool: they learn your style from the replies you send, but most of those replies were written by the AI. So it trains on its own output, and a few weeks in, your "voice" is just the model's default with your name on it — the drift is slow enough you don't notice it happening. So BizBee only learns from drafts you edit before sending. Post the draft untouched and it learns nothing. Change one word and that edit becomes the training signal. Slower than competitors — a real tradeoff — but it doesn't collapse into the mean. Same reasoning on facts: if the knowledge base doesn't have an answer, it doesn't guess. You get [check hours] instead of a confident wrong one. What I'm least sure about: whether edit-only learning is too slow to feel like anything if you only touch a couple replies a day. Might end up seeding it from existing writing on first run. If anyone's solved slow-signal personalization without the self-training feedback loop, I'd genuinely like to hear how.
