This is a really refreshing take on CRM!

What stands out is how focused Blink is on associations and member-based organizations, instead of trying to be a generic “one-size-fits-all” CRM. The combination of contact management, mass mailing, activity tracking, and reporting in a single, clean system feels very practical for real-world workflows.

Also like the approach to pricing and onboarding — flat pricing + included support/training is honestly a big deal in a space where most tools get expensive and complex fast.

Feels like you’re optimizing for actual usability and adoption, not just feature count — which is exactly what most teams struggle with when implementing CRM.

Love the 'all-in-one' approach here. Keeping documents and communication in the same system where the contact data lives is such an underrated productivity booster for member-based orgs. The UI looks incredibly clean and approachable.
