@sidabsnyc (my cofounder) and I saw this again and again in our own leadership journeys (Sid has cofounded 3 companies; Silvia has spent the last 15 years in leadership roles at companies like Pinterest and Canva). Work is changing fast. Careers are less linear. AI is reshaping roles. People are being asked to adapt, communicate, influence, and grow faster than ever, without the support systems to match. What I've appreciate about this platform as a coach is how it creates a reliable space for to think through scenarios when my own network isn’t readily available, prompting reflection, clarify my thinking, and move ideas forward.
I also see real potential for extending my practice as another form of support for clients between session to keep their momentum going by reinforcing insights, and helping them work through challenges in real time rather than waiting for our next conversation.
With the experience I've had as a member of the 'test' cohort, I've found It’s thoughtfully designed in the coaching context it brings ease of navigation, enabling thinking rather than overwhelming the user. Glad to be a small part of this big journey!

Me again! I thought I'd share a bit more of how I use Blomma as a CEO/Founder. We have built Blomma to be a resource at different stages, but it's always helpful to hear how people use a product!
One of my favorite things is to do a check in at the end of the day (I use audio mode). I have a conversation where I capture what went well, what didn't go so great, and how I am feeling overall. It's super helpful to have a private place to "tuck my thoughts away" and get helpful feedback. This builds context for ongoing coaching and has given me really great insights as I've gone through the building journey: my patterns, areas I'm overindexing on and how to self-manage better!

👋 Hi, I'm one of the software engineers working on Blomma. Sharing a little bit about how I use it as well here—
I've always been bad at setting and tracking goals. I just didn't have great systems for it. Blomma gives me all of the tools for that right out of the box: goal creation, accountability support, calendar integration for reminders and such. It's got the whole goal feedback loop built in, so I find myself creating—and perhaps most importantly—completing goals more often.
I also use it to get clarity on my own thinking, when it comes to interpersonal situations, technical tasks that I'm thinking through, and strategic planning.
