Congratulations on the launch! I like the new Meeting Scheduling for Teams feature. I often find scheduling meetings with team members in different time zones to be a real challenge, but it looks like this feature will definitely simplify the process. The settings also seem very logical and intuitive. I’m downloading it now!

Here are a few of the key ways you’ll find this easier with Boomerang Meeting Scheduling for Teams: ⌛ The Magic Live Calendar can display dual time zones in the calendar image itself (saving a lot of time!) ⌛ Our Time Zone selector lets you share suggested time slots in both your own and your recipient's time zones. ⌛Your time zone is automatically set based on the time zone of your browser, but it can be easily managed and updated. ⌛ And a big one for teams: each team member can set their own availability in their own time, and Boomerang ensures that everything is accounted for when the team’s availability is calculated and shared.

@kinzarra Thank you! To answer your question: Security and privacy for our users are incredibly important to us. We fully understand that your time and privacy are key. While our meeting scheduling provides a simpler way to book time, it also adds a layer of privacy to the scheduling process. Events and event details are always kept private, and Boomerang settings allow you to fine-tune your availability to guests. Your guests will only see bookable timeslots, never any details about what else is on your calendar. On the technical side, our servers are hosted in data centers that are both SAS-70 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. We use Microsoft or Google Oauth 2.0 for verification — we do not access or store user passwords. We are also SOC 2 Type II certified with an annual security certification process, and we go through third-party penetration tests regularly.
