👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I’m Prashanth, Co-Founder of Botrelic.
We’re excited to launch Botrelic Phase 1 an omnichannel AI agent platform designed to help businesses engage, support, and convert customers through intelligent conversations.
In this release, we’ve launched:
✅ AI-powered website chat agents
✅ WhatsApp conversational agents
✅ Lead capture automation
✅ Customer support automation
We started building Botrelic because we saw businesses struggling with fragmented customer communication across channels. Most solutions focus on a single channel, while customers expect seamless interactions wherever they engage.
Our vision is to create a unified AI agent ecosystem where chat, voice, and video agents work together to deliver real business outcomes.
🚀 What’s next?
We’re already building Phase 2: AI Voice Agents for real-world business use cases, including customer support, lead qualification, appointment management, and operational workflows.
We’d genuinely appreciate your feedback, questions, and suggestions. Every comment helps us build a better product.
Thank you for checking out Botrelic and supporting our journey! 🙏

@prashanth_r_natarajan The WhatsApp and website combination makes a lot of sense for businesses that want to centralize customer conversations. How do you handle context when a customer switches between channels, and will the upcoming voice agents share the same conversation history?

@nicole_hynek Great question. This is actually one of the core problems we’re solving with Botrelic.
Today, conversations are often fragmented a customer starts on a website chat, moves to WhatsApp, and businesses lose the context. We’re building Botrelic around a unified conversation layer where customer interactions, intent, lead details, and history can stay connected across channels.
The goal is that businesses don’t manage separate chats; they manage one continuous customer relationship.
For the upcoming AI Voice Agents, the vision is the same voice will be connected to the same customer context, so the agent can understand previous interactions, continue conversations naturally, and provide a more human experience.

@prashanth_r_natarajan That makes a lot of sense. Having a unified conversation layer across website, WhatsApp, and eventually voice feels like the right way to solve a problem that most businesses still struggle with. Really awesome work on this!
