Awesome concept!! Ditto to everyone else - I'm constantly referring people in and out of jobs, so this is a cool way to consolidate. Hopefully you can leverage this network-driven approach to support underrepresented groups as well! I know the "network" is often inaccessible to underrepresented groups in tech, and this might democratize access.

It would be great if you can add some sort of expertise tags, so recruiters would be able to sort faster and with higher quality.
For example: you know C++, you recommend someone for C++ position, and this recommendation would have more weight in the eyes of a recruiter or a hiring manager.
