Unity teams I talk to keep the real board in a browser and a sticky note in the editor. The card and the GameObject never quite match. I m building Brainloot around that gap
The web app is the studio board (cards, decks, a small Hand of what you re actually doing). The Unity Bridge puts the same cards in the editor: pin to a GameObject, prefab, or script line, then jump back. Unreal is in alpha on the same idea; Godot isn t out yet.
What exists today, short:
Hi everyone 👋
I'm Anthony — solo developer behind Brainloot
The description covers the product better than I could in one paragraph: game-dev PM with collectible-card boards, My Hand, Unity/Unreal editor bridges, Discord intake, and public boards when you want the community watching progress
It didn't start there. I originally built it because opening Trello meant instant overwhelm — hundreds of tasks staring back. My Hand was the fix: pull a few cards, ship, draw again
Early QA and Reddit testers changed the roadmap. Almost nobody asked for more features. They wanted clearer onboarding, smoother day-to-day workflows, and the engine/community layer to feel native — not bolted on
That's what I've been shipping toward
If you try it, I'd love honest feedback:
• Does My Hand click on first use?
• If you use Unity, does the editor dock feel worth keeping open?
• Anything confusing in the first five minutes?
Tell me what works and what doesn't. That's how Brainloot has improved so far
Thanks for stopping by 🙏

@ant_brainloot , I really like the idea of such gamified product backlog, I tried your demo and it is fun and easy to use. My only problem is I miss the amazing blue-orange sparkles when I create a new card. :D
Nice work!
@julia_fodor_horvath Great feedback, Glad the demo clicked! We already polish card movement on the board; I’ve added a task for create and complete animations so those moments feel just as good. Thanks for hunting us down on PH. :D
AstraPixels
Congrats on the launch! What's the best use case for a solo founder like me?
@nicklaunches Thanks Nick! Solo founder sweet spot: Inbox → Hand → Done with one active cycle for “this ship.” Capture ideas fast, pull one card when you sit down to build, use Focus when you need zero noise. One guild, a few decks — product, bugs, launch.
Would love to hear how you’re running AstraPixels today.
@ant_brainloot Gamifying project management sounds like a lot of fun :) taking something that can be boring and turning it into an engaging experience! well done folks, love it ^^
@therayess thank you!
That's definitely how we started out as a simple gamified board but over the weeks of people using it it evolved into a much more complex and integrated system.
Something I never actually planned or envisioned - I listened to user feedback and iterated and refined to get to this product.
There's still much more to work on and add to further improve and I can't wait!
