Hi all! I've been using ChatGPT multiple times a day and got really annoyed at having to constantly switch tabs to access it. I also wanted to get into building chrome plugins. So I decided to make a ChatGPT chrome plugin, that you can access directly from any browser window. I've found it really useful for my day to day work and figured that other people might find it a nice to have also! Found the Open AI API really easy to use, and this whole thing took about 3 weekends to build. Most of the work was in building the frontend chat UI. Start with the lxieyang/chrome-extension-boilerplate-react github project to bootstrap everything. It's totally free to use, and doesn't require authentication or sign up (or credit card, obviously) so give it a try!

Great idea qusta app! hint: an ibrary of ready-made (user-created) prompts to which you paste text and press enter for output. One prompt of mine might be, "create an article paraphrasing the text I'm going to paste... with seo best practices... with this tone... etc etc." Or: "create an article with xxxxxx features, I'll paste you below in exact succession: title, main and secondary kw" Prompts must be created and stored by the user, because the writing ai's have many of them and it gets confusing as well as never finding a perfect one.

I think it's very convenient to use BrowserGPT. It is an excellent tool for getting quick and informative answers to a variety of questions. The future of generative language models such as LLM seems very bright, and I am ready to recommend BrowserGPT to anyone who wants to take advantage of its capabilities right in their browser. However, it is worth noting that sometimes ChatGPT can give inaccurate or incomplete answers. However, this is expected, given the complexity of the task that ChatGPT performs. Nevertheless, the benefits that can be obtained from using BrowserGPT are still huge.
