Honestly, Brunchwork set me in the path that I’m in now. After hearing the perspectives from the audience I wanted to be in front, including investors and decision makers in key departments I was targeting for clients, I was able to modify my strategy to more effectively communicate the services and products I was offering and it has allowed me to close bigger and better sales. To me, it was an accelerator to understanding the right moves to make to get where I am now.

I had previously attended various brunchwork events in person in LA but love how quickly they shifted during covid bringing even more amazing speakers from various markets to the digital space. I quickly joined as a member as I saw it beneficial to learn from these leaders/experts and also get the chance to brainstorm business solutions with driven and like-minded people during the business challenge portion of the event. I also love expanding my network nationally and beyond meeting attendees others all over the globe!

I have been able to attend a few virtual Brunchwork events at home, and as a student, it makes it very accessible to connect and learn from knowledgeable people in the industry. I have gained so much from these sessions, but most importantly learned how to network without feeling overwhelmed. The community and leadership at Brunchwork is outstanding!

After seeing several emails about awesome Brunchwork events and inspiring guests, I finally attended a virtual event in early April on the topic of Ghost Kitchens. Guests included Atul Sood (Kitchen United) and Melody Koh (NextView Ventures). I was so glad to see Brunchwork choose this as an event topic; ghost kitchens are a huge and growing topic of interest. The event was very engaging, and I took away a lot of insights and "pages" of notes!

Brunchwork has amazing speakers! They find so many great leaders across tech- Instagram, Spotify, Peloton, HBO, ClassPass, to name a few. I also love that they also do an exercise at events where you work on a team to pitch a “start-up” idea to the speaker. It’s a fun way to get to know people and interact with the speaker. I’ve met lots of great people and learned a ton.

I’ve been at both in person and virtual Brunchwork events. The community and network this platform provides is phenomenal. The events are always very interactive, leading to valuable new connections and ideas, even with speakers who are always knowledgeable, experts in their field.
