Hunted! In the tech industry, we don't often give liability and economic damages much thought because of the wall of legal documents (EULAs, privacy policies, etc) around ourselves and think we are safe. This is a very readable introduction to both business liability and awards of economic damages - especially those that are driven by common social expectations.
